A Classic Margarita Recipe?

I’ve not got a mega sweet tooth so you won’t find any sugar syrup, however feel free to add some agave if you like a sweeter Marg 🍸🫶

Ingredients
* 50ml tequila
* 25ml lime juice
* 25ml triple sec / orange liqueur
* Rim: Lime & Salt

Prepare your glass by adding lime to your rim and garnish with salt.
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Serve.

Favourite dinner party dish?

Depends on the crowd and the season - but I pretty much always do a Pissaladière with a glass of fizz and pudding is usually a pavlova, huge chocolate mouse or citrus posset.

Talk us through a day in the life running Glassette?

My CEO and co-founder Dan runs the office day to day. I spend 1-2 days in the office, usually jammed packed with meetings, working on creative and building decks. I will have about 10 cups of tea, a curry from the newsagents for lunch and usually a bag of mini eggs. I love being in the office with the team and there will be lots of chats about restaurants, cushions and other homewares and some chatter about what we are watching on TV.

We love the hopeful anticipation of Spring, have you been busy planting this year?

I am so excited for summer and have already been looking at herbs, strawberry varieties and vegetables I can't wait to grow, cook and experiment with.

Do have any perennials from last year you’re excited to see bloom again?

I think my favourite are the narcissi that come up every year, that's when I know the weather is turning; lighter and warmer days are coming.

Where have you chosen to display your Bust at home ?

Right now it's proudly on my mantelpiece. I had a really tough pregnancy so seeing the Bust makes me feel a multitude of feelings; mainly ones that involve being happy I am no longer pregnant and can see my toes again :)
